Charlotte Mason Hub operates this directory of Charlotte Mason schools and related guides. Contact us through the contact form for privacy questions.

Information you send us

Forms on this site are processed by Formspree. Depending on the form, you may share your name, email, phone, message text, school name, role, child ages or grades, and similar details. Forms include general contact, school inquiry, claim a listing, add a school, operator notes, and newsletter signups for parents or school staff.

We use that information to reply, forward serious school inquiries, update listings, and send newsletters only to lists you joined. We do not sell form submissions.

Analytics and advertising pixels

For visitors we confirm are in the United States, we may load Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools can set cookies or similar storage, record page views, and help us understand site use. If the United States check fails or is denied, those scripts do not load.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Clearing cookies or blocking third-party scripts will limit what these tools can collect.

School listings

Listing pages show publicly available school facts we have confirmed or that operators provide after a claim. See methodology for how we verify. Operators who claim a listing may share contact details so we can confirm authority and process corrections.

Retention

Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain listing quality. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask removal through the contact form. Analytics data follows each vendor’s retention settings.

Your choices

Email us via contact to correct personal data you submitted, unsubscribe from a newsletter, or ask what we hold about a request you sent. We may need enough detail to find your submission.

Changes

We may update this page when forms, analytics, or hosting change. The date at the top of this policy will move when we publish a material update.
